Here is the breakdown. We set up talent for shoots filming in Turkey, managing the day-to-day logistics that keep cast prepared, comfortable and on schedule. Our team handles travel and lodging, scheduling and call planning, on-set welfare, agent and running liaison, and the specific care that minors and their guardians need. We work bilingually across Turkish and global cast, brief performers clearly on each day, and set up with the assistant director, costume, hair and makeup departments so talent moves smoothly from base to set. Contracts, releases and work-eligibility forms for foreign cast are tracked alongside, so the planning is both practical and compliant.

Here is what that looks like on the ground. Turkey's talent ecosystem gives planning strong foundations. The 'dizi' industry — the country is the world's second-largest TV-series exporter — has produced a large, pro pool of actors used to tight, high-volume schedules, and the arthouse tradition of directors such as Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Fatih Akın and Semih Kaplanoğlu has built serious screen-acting craft. Haluk Bilginer is a Global Emmy winner. The Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival and the Istanbul Film Festival keep the local industry connected.
